Covyn is a desktop and web software product that helps users prepare for calls, transcribe conversations, generate AI suggestions, create notes, and manage conversation memory.
You are responsible for using Covyn lawfully, including getting any consent required before recording, transcribing, or analyzing conversations.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You may not share accounts, reverse engineer the product, bypass usage limits, or use Covyn to violate another person's rights.
Covyn may generate suggestions, summaries, notes, research, and follow-up drafts. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong, so you should review them before relying on them.
Covyn does not provide legal, medical, financial, employment, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using the product.
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Billing, checkout, invoices, and payment handling may be processed by Stripe.
Usage limits, feature access, pricing, and plan names may change as the product evolves. If a material change affects you, Covyn will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
You retain ownership of the content you provide to Covyn. You grant Covyn the rights needed to operate the product, including processing transcripts, notes, uploaded references, and knowledge-base content.
You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload and process any scripts, transcripts, files, or third-party information you add to Covyn.
Covyn is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may be updated, improved, limited, suspended, or removed.
Covyn may suspend access for abuse, security risk, non-payment, illegal use, or violation of these terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Covyn is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages from use of the product.
Covyn's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product during the three months before the claim.
