What Covyn Collects
Account details such as your email address, name, selected use case, plan, and billing status.
Onboarding details you choose to provide, including your product, competitors, objections, scripts, call goals, voice style examples, and uploaded training files.
Call data when you start Covyn, including system-audio transcripts, AI prompts, notes, summaries, action items, detected signals, and session metadata.
Calendar and meeting details if you connect Google Calendar or Microsoft Calendar, including meeting title, start time, attendees, and context needed to prepare Mission Briefs.
How Covyn Uses Data
To transcribe conversations, detect useful signals, generate real-time suggestions, create call notes, and improve your personal knowledge base.
To prepare Mission Briefs before calls using calendar details and the context you have given Covyn.
To manage subscriptions, usage limits, support requests, product reliability, security, and fraud prevention.
AI Providers and Infrastructure
Covyn may send relevant transcript, prompt, profile, and knowledge-base context to AI and infrastructure providers used to operate the product, including transcription, language model, vector database, payment, and hosting providers.
Covyn is designed to send only the context needed to provide the requested feature.
Screen Share and Overlay Privacy
Covyn's overlay is designed to be visible to the user while being hidden from supported screen capture and screen sharing tools when Non Detectable mode is enabled.
No privacy or security feature can guarantee compatibility with every app, OS version, driver, or third-party capture tool.
Data Control
You can delete call notes, knowledge-base memory, and uploaded training references from the app where supported.
You can request account deletion, data export, or help removing stored data by contacting support@covyn.io.
Security
Covyn uses account authentication, secure API keys, encrypted provider connections where available, and access controls intended to keep each user's data separate.
Do not add confidential, regulated, or legally privileged information unless you are authorized to process it through Covyn.
